Do FQHC look-alikes qualify for 340B Program pricing? Yes, FQHC look-alikes can apply for 340B Program pricing and status. Find more information here.

Can all Genoa pharmacies process the 340B Program? Yes, Genoa has specialized in 340B dispensing for over 20 years and all Genoa pharmacies can participate with covered entities in the program.

Do community mental health centers qualify under the definition of Covered Entity?  Not initially, however some CMHCs qualify under the FQHC look-alike program. There are certain criteria that need to be met, which are outlined in the compliance manual found here.
