Opportunity for impact
Provide the kind of care you’re capable of
Genoa Healthcare team members thrive on making a real difference in the lives of our consumers. Our pharmacy teams get to know the people and prescribers they serve. By building personal relationships, our team members can address potential barriers to treatment and keep consumers on the medication they need.

3 ways our pharmacies are different
Whether you’re looking for a pharmacy job at the top of your license or to secure a more stable schedule, you’ll find that Genoa is different in all the best ways.
Work-life balance
Our pharmacies typically operate Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
Care team integration
Most of our pharmacies are located within mental health centers and specialty clinics. As a result, our staff members become an integral part of the consumer care team.
People-first pharmacy care
Our teams promote adherence by getting to know their consumers and finding customized solutions that work for them.
In my new role as director, I get to help even more pharmacies make a difference for the people we serve.
Jeannie Barrett, PharmD
The ability to make an impact is what got me into pharmacy – within the company, with my peers, with providers and consumers. At the end of the day, it's all about making sure the people we serve are taken care of.
Torquelia Wynn, PharmD
The Mental Health First Aid training course empowered me to ask a consumer the hard questions – about his opioid use and hallucinations – so I could get answers for the paramedics and clinic staff.
