Vicki Olafson Director of Human Resources
Vicki Olafson joined the Genoa Healthcare team in November of 2010 as Director of Human Resources. Olafson plays a significant role as she helps build upon a foundation that fosters opportunities for job enrichment, sense of community, pleasant working conditions and professional relationships. Olafson is responsible for partnering with senior management to effectively focus on strategic planning and execution of employee development, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations activities, management and employee coaching and organizational development.
Previously, Olafson worked as a Human Resources Manager for Vertafore, a private equity owned provider of software and services for the insurance industry with over 1,000 employees. Prior to Vertafore, she work for Solucient, a private equity owned software healthcare company with over 500 employees.
Olafson is a Central Washington University graduate with a Bachelors of Arts in Law and Justice and Minor in Sociology.
