Denise Jason Corporate Compliance Officer
Denise Jason joined the Genoa Healthcare team in February 2006 working in many of our NW pharmacy locations before taking a position as the contracts administrator.
As Genoa's contracts administrator she handled the organization of group purchasing, licensing, auditing, PBM, commercial third party vendors as well as all applicable Medicaid and Medicare contracting needs. She played an important role as the company went from 18 pharmacies to over 60 and continues to oversee the contracting department.
Jason was promoted to the corporate compliance officer and has been instrumental in developing our company's corporate compliance program as well as the companies many continued education programs. She continues to develop the program and ensures all policy, procedures and practice standards are implemented and that the company remains compliant with all governing agencies.
Jason has worked in the pharmacy industry for over 20yrs, just prior to joining the Genoa Team she worked for Lincoln Pharmacy overseeing the LTC portion that serviced over 2000 beds in the community.
Jason Graduated from WSU with a minor in business management and went on to take courses at Bastyr University in the field of natural medicine.
